Due to COVID, all  hat sales are final. No returns or exchanges on any of the hats.

Please measure and order carefully to be sure you get products that work for you. In lieu of a full return, we may offer partial returns and store credit for certain situations.

All domestic orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business (Monday-Friday) days. Please allow 5 to 7 business days (Monday – Friday) from the date your order was placed for your order to ship.  In case you place a CUSTOM HAT ORDER we need up to 14 business days to produce your hat.

We are unable to offer a refund on any custom hats as these have been made to your specification. Items that are not hats will only be refunded when returned within 10 business days of our receipt. Returns received after the 10 business days time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Kats with Hats.

All correctly returned items will only be credited to the account from which the original purchase was made, less any taxes, shipping and handling fees incurred in delivery. 

  • Item must be unworn, in good condition and original tags must be attached – Missing tags will indicate that the item has been worn and will not be accepted
  • Item(s) must have been delivered within the last 10 business days. (Unless during the holiday season. See below)
  • If customer users their own shipping label to return items shipping charges will not be refunded
  • We are not responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in shipping
  • Once the item is received back, please allow 4 to 5 business days for the return to be processed
  • Refunds will be issued to the payment method that was used to place the original order

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
